Plusieurs accords RTT ont \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 annul\u00c3\u00a9s en r\u00c3\u00a9gion Rhones alpes. Ces accords pass\u00c3\u00a9s au niveau des collectivit\u00c3\u00a9s territoriales ont \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 annul\u00c3\u00a9s par le tribunal administratif car les agents n’effectuaient pas assez d’heures (Moins de 1600H annuelles)!
